摘要
要构建开放型经济新体制,我们在吸引外商直接投资中,不能只注重规模速度,要更追求质量效益。文章从资金供给、技术溢出、产业转移和产业集群四个作用机制,分析了FDI对我国产业结构升级的双重影响。
To build a new open-oriented economy system in attracting foreign investment, it not only pay attention to scale speed, but pay more attention on the pursuit of quality benefits. From the money supply, technology spillovers, industrial transfer and industrial cluster, this paper analyzes dual effects of FDI on Chinese industrial structure upgrade.
