摘要
目的观察苍耳子散加味预防放射性鼻窦炎的作用。方法将70例鼻咽癌患者按照随机数字表分为观察组和对照组,35例/组。两组均行放疗及鼻腔冲洗,观察组同时给予苍耳子散加味汤剂口服。记录两组放射性鼻窦炎主观症状及鼻内镜评分、鼻窦CT评分。结果两组主观症状评估比较,实验组在放疗结束后1个月,3个月,6个月,12个月每个时间点放射性鼻窦炎均较轻,差异有统计学意义(1个月Z=-3.054,P=0.002;3个月Z=-2.752,P=0.012;6个月Z=-2.265,P=0.046;12个月Z=-2.375,P=0.032);鼻内镜评分比较,实验组在后两个时间点评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(6个月P=0.046,12个月P=0.006);鼻窦CT评分比较,实验组在后3个时间点评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(3个月P=0.048,6个月P=0.012,12个月P=0.002)。结论苍耳子散加味能有效预防放射性鼻窦炎的发生。
Objective To investigate the effect of Supplemented Xanthium Powder on the prevention of radiation nasosinusitis. Methods 70 cases of patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma were divided into the observation group and the control group according to random number table, 35 cases in each group. Both groups were given radiotherapy and nasal irrigation, in addition, the observation group was given oral Supplemented Xanthium Powder. The subjective symptoms of radiation nasosinusitis, endoscopic score and sinus CT score of the two groups were recorded. Results Compared the subjective symptoms between the two groups, the radiation nasosinusitis degree was lessened in the experimental group by the end of the 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 12 months after radiotherapy, showing statistical difference when compared with that of the control group（Z =-3.054,-2.752,-2.265,-2.375, respectively, and P=0.002, 0.012, 0.046, 0.032, respectively）. The endoscopic score of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group by the end of the 6 months, 12 months after radiotherapy（P=0.046, 0.006, respectively）. And the sinus CT score of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group by the end of 3 months, 6 months, 12 months after radiotherapy（P =0.048, 0.012, 0.002, respectively）, the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Supplemented Xanthium Powder is effective in preventing radiation nasosinusitis.
