摘要
目的探讨核素32 P治疗尖锐湿疣的机理 ,观察其疗效及复发率。 方法尖锐湿疣患者 3 4例 ,在每cm2 面积上采用放射性活度为 9.2 5MBq的核素32 P敷贴 ,1次 /周 ,平均保持 5h ,以清水冲洗。 结果痊愈率 10 0 % ,复发率 8.82 %。 结论 32 P治疗尖锐湿疣疗效显著 ,复发率低。
Objective To study the machanism of treatment of condyloma acuminata with isotope 32 P and observe the effectiveness of treatment and recoverence. 34 patients of condyloma acuminata were treated with application of an isotope 32 P patch at radioactivity of 9.25MBq per cm 2 for an average of 5h every week. The cure rate was 100%, and the relapse rate 8.82%. Efficacy of 32 P to treat patients is evidant and the relapse rate is low.
