摘要
在介绍价值链管理和内部控制的概念和关系的基础上,分析并确定测绘生产单位具体价值活动构成、各个环节或要素的作用以及可能存在的质量问题,构建基于价值链管理的内部控制模式。列举了各种价值活动关系中的质量控制点及其在整个质量管理活动中的位置和作用。
Based on the concepts and relationship of value chain management model and internal controls, the concrete value activities of value chain and the construction of an internal control management pattern based on the value chain management were analyzed and ascertained, with the role and possible quality hidden troubles of many links or elements in the production chain. Many quality control points with their position and effect in entire quality management activities were listed at last.
