摘要
针对年度土地变更调查遥感监测图斑外业核查后获取的信息进行数据管理的工作流程,设计了基于GIS技术的管理信息系统构架,实现核查图斑内各地类面积查询和统计,确定遥感监测图斑的变更范围、建设用地违法占用耕地比例统计等功能,并自动输出报表,可提高图斑核查信息内业处理工作的效率和准确性。
Based on the checked spot data offield work, the process of annual land change monitor data management was described in this paper. At the same time, the framework of management information for checking monitored spot based on GIS technology was designed. This system could query and count the area of all kinds of checked spot, ensure the scope of monitoring spot by remote sensing, count the ratio of illegal building land in cultivated land, and automatically output statements, and improve the efficiency and accuracy of indoor work of spot checking.
