摘要
目的 研究凋亡相关基因Fas、bax和bcl 2蛋白在食管癌发生发展中的作用。 方法 应用流式细胞术和细胞免疫荧光技术对 70例食管鳞癌组织中Fas、bax和bcl 2蛋白进行定量检测。 结果 Fas阳性 42例 (6 0 .0 % ) ,Fas蛋白表达与肿瘤的病理分级明显相关 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,与肿瘤临床分期和淋巴结转移与否无明显相关性 (P >0 .0 5 ) ;bax阳性 39例 (5 5 .7% ) ,bcl 2阳性 6 5例 (91.5 % ) ,bax和bcl 2蛋白表达与肿瘤的病理分级、临床分期和淋巴结转移无明显相关性 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 Fas、bax和bcl
Objective To study the role of Fas,bax and bcl 2 in occurrence and progression of esophageal carcioma.Methods The Fas,bax and bcl 2 protein expression were quantitantively determined by flow cytometry and celluar immunofluoresence technique in paraffin embeded tissues from 70 cases of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma.Results The positive expression rate of Fas protein was 60.0%(42/70),correlated with tumor grade( P <0.05) and not with tumor stage and lymph node metastasis( P > 0.05 ).The expression rate of bax and bcl 2 were 55.7%(39/70) and 91.5%(65/70) respectively,not correlated with tumor grade and stage and lymph node metastasis( P> 0.05).Conclusion Fas,bax and bcl 2 take part in the occurrence and progression of esophageal carcinoma.
