摘要
为进一步探索安全科学原理及其结构体系应有的具体内容,基于安全系统的复杂非线性特征和对安全科学原理的认识,分析研究安全多样性原理,并给出其定义,归纳其研究内容,提出安全人体多样性原理、安全物质多样性原理、安全社会多样性原理、安全系统多样性原理等4条子原理,并分析这4条原理的内涵。最后,讨论安全多样性原理及4条原理在安全工程专业人才培养、安全文化建设、高校安全教育模式3方面的应用。结果表明:安全多样性原理将能为解决复杂安全问题提供理论依据;研究得出的4条原理与安全多样性原理的逻辑关系充实了安全学科原理体系,有助于论证安全多样性原理的客观存在性及其研究价值。
In order to explore concrete contents of safety science principles and structural system, a safety diversity principle were studied, based on recognition of safety science principles and complex of safety system. A definition of safety diversity principle was given, and its research contents were described. Four subordinate principles of the safety diversity principle were formulated, including a principle of safety human diversity, a principle of safety material diversity, principle of safety social diversity, and a principle of safety system diversity. Research contents of four principles were analyzed. Finally, applications of safety diversity principle and four principles in safety engineering talent training, the construction of safety culture, the pattern of safety education of campus were discussed. The results show that safety diversity principle provides a rationale for solving complex safety issues, and that logical relationship among four principles and safety diversity principle enriches safety discipline system, and facilities demonstrating the objective existence and research value of safety diversity principle.
