摘要
目的：探讨去痛片含量测定的紫外分光光度法。方法：采用BP网络光度法测定去痛片中氨基比林和非那西丁二组分的含量。结果：二组分的平均回收率及RSD分别为99.7%，1.8%，99.8%，1.0%。结论：本法简便，准确。
Objective: To determine the Qutongpian components an UV soectrophotometry. Methods: BP network spectrophotometry was selected to determine aminopyrin and phenacetin in Qutongpian. Results: Theaverage recoveries of the two components were 99.7% and 99.8%, with RSD1.8% and 1.0%, respectively. Conclusion: The method is proved to be simple and accuracy.
