Analysis of Complex Mode of the Main Transmission System of Rolling Mill

摘要 利用集中质量建模法建立轧钢机主传动系统扭转振动的力学模型;在考虑阻尼的情况下建立了有阻尼振动的微分方程组。将主传动系统的复模态分析转化为求解非线性广义特征值的问题,在MATLAB中进行了求解;并分析了复模态分量因子分别为复数和实数时,系统各点振动形式的差别。进而利用系统的复模态,将系统在复模态空间进行解耦,获得了解耦的振动方程组,为主传动系统的扭振响应分析提供了基础。 By utilizing lumped--mass method, the torsion--vibration mechanics model of the main transmission system of rolling mill is established. Furthermore, the differential equations of the torsion-vibration model are established by taking damping into consideration. Then complex mode analysis is converted into an issue of solving the nonlinear generalized eigenvalue problem, and the solution is conducted in MATLAB, and the vibration form differences of system at every point is analyzed when the complex mode component factor is respectively plural and real number. By using the complex mode of system, the differential equations of the torsion--vibration model are decoupled, the basis of analysis torsion vibration response of main transmission system is provided.
