摘要
选择60只35日龄的獭兔，随机分为4个处理，每个处理3个重复，每个重复5只獭兔，对照组饲喂基础日粮，而试验组在基础日粮上再添加100、150、200mg／kg天蚕素抗菌肽，试验期为60天，结果表明天蚕素抗菌肽可以显著提高獭兔免疫器官指数和免疫球蛋白指数（P〈0．05），最佳添加剂量为150mg／kg。
Sixty weaned Rex Rabbits of 35 - day - old were randomly divided into 4 treat- ments with 3 replicates of 5 rabbits in each. The control group was fed with basic diet while 3 trial groups were fed with basic diet supplemented with 100,150 and 200 mg/kg cecropin antimicrobial peptides respectively. The experiment lasted for 60 days. The results showed that cecropin antimicrobial peptides can significantly promote the immune organ index and the immune globulin index （P 〈0.05） of Rex Rabbit. The best dosage is 150mg/kg.
