摘要
程氏兄弟之经说展现了他们的王道政治理念,即认为王道本于天理,王心与王政为王道之纲宗,在王道之权衡上有传德与传道之区分,尧舜、三代与孔子是王道政治理念之楷模。王道政治的实质是不偏不倚、万世不易的中庸之道,其具体表现是文质彬彬、情理交融的礼乐文明。按照二程的王道政治理念,历史上只有尧舜及三代之英能实现王道政治理想;秦汉以来以至于宋,则只是以法把持天下而已。与自由民主政治相较,王道政治始终以和谐共筑的原初整体为出发点(内圣外王的整体),而自由民主政治在其本质内容中蕴含某种根源性的分裂特征(德性与政治的分裂)。
This article tries to bring into view the implication of Cheng Brothers' discussion of Benevolent Politics.Chen Brothers,as we see,have conceived an ideal system of political order,which accords definitely to the idea of the Way of Zhong-yong and Li-yue Civilization.Based on this conception,Chen Brothers' overall comments on ancient politics are exposed;the peculiarity of Benevolent Politics also finds its manifestation by being contrasted with Western political ideal of liberty and democracy.Lastly,this article offers a brief discussion of the prospects of realizing Benevolent Politics in contemporary China,whereby the significance of Chen Brothers' conception of Benevolent Politics appears.
