摘要 介绍了妊娠期糖尿病产妇分娩的早产儿的血糖变化特点及低血糖导致的不良后果,提出根据国内外研究现状建立一套针对性强、执行效率高的妊娠期糖尿病早产儿血糖水平监测和集束化护理干预措施,提高早产儿的生存质量。 It introduced blood glucose change characteristics and the ad-verse consequences caused by hypoglycemia in premature infants born by gestational diabetes parturient.It put forward that according to research status at home and in abroad to establish a hypogly cemia monitoring and cluster of nursing interventions for premature infants born by gestational diabetes parturient which has strong pertinence and high efficiency,so as to improve the quality of life of premature infants.
