摘要
通过文献资料、访谈、实地考察等研究方法,对山东省男、女网球队存在的问题进行调查与分析,探讨山东省网球队前进的发展对策,旨在达到加强山东省网球队伍建设、提高整体竞技水平、获得优异运动成绩的目的。
Through the methods of literature, interviews, field visits and others to investigate and analysis the problems of male and female tennis team in Shandong province. It aims at strengthening the tennis team’ building, improving the overall competitive level, and obtaining excellent athletic performance.
