摘要
高校图书馆面临着学生人数少、资源利用率不高、用户对图书馆的依赖度逐步减弱,用户满意度不高,地位逐步下降,员工素质和工作积极性普遍不高等问题,有历史和现实原因。从领导对图书馆的认识、图书馆事业的发展趋势、,资源共享、工作方式和服务方式等方面进行分析,指出加强高校图书馆建设的重要性。
There are some problems existing in the Chinese university libraries,such as the number of readers is redueing,a large number of high -quality resources are idle,readers are not satisfied with the work of the librarian,librarians can not tulfiil the work successfully etc. Thereiore, the attractiveness of the library to readers is getting lower and lower. The problem is caused by history and the ineffective management. The paper analyzes thoughts of leaders on library, the development trend of library,resources sharing and ways of work and also points out the importance of the construction of university libraries.
