摘要
目的研究结晶样视网膜变性(crystalline retinal degeneration,CRD)患者眼动脉(OA)、视网膜中央动脉(CRA)和睫状后动脉(PCA)血流参数变化特点。方法应用彩色多普勒血流成像技术检测35例(35眼)临床诊断为CRD的患者。测定OA、CRA及PCA的收缩期峰速(PSV)、舒张末期流速(EDV)、时间平均最大流速(TAMV)、脉动指数(PI)和阻力指数(RI)。所得定量数据采用单样本t检验,对CRD组与正常组的各项参数进行比较。结果 CRD患者中OA的PI(1.80±0.55)较正常组(2.02±0.71)明显降低(t=-2.460,P=0.019)。CRD患者CRA的PSV(6.73±1.77)cm·s-1较正常组(10.82±2.97)cm·s-1明显降低(t=-13.649,P=0.000),EDV(2.10±0.41)cm·s-1较正常组(3.28±1.11)cm·s-1明显降低(t=-17.009,P=0.000),TAMV(3.60±1.00)cm·s-1较正常组(5.50±2.06)cm·s-1明显降低(t=-11.365,P=0.000),PI(0.67±0.09)较正常组(1.48±0.49)明显降低(t=-5.030,P=0.000)和RI(0.67±0.09)较正常组(0.71±0.08)明显降低(t=-2.774,P=0.009)。CRD患者PCA的PSV(6.64±1.76)cm·s-1较正常组(11.61±3.41)cm·s-1明显降低(t=-16.897,P=0.000),EDV(2.37±0.69)cm·s-1较正常组(3.34±1.25)cm·s-1明显降低(t=-8.327,P=0.000),TAMV(3.60±1.16)cm·s-1较正常组(5.83±1.91)cm·s-1明显降低(t=-11.374,P=0.000),PI(1.18±0.32)较正常组(1.49±0.43)明显降低(t=-5.690,P=0.000)和RI(0.64±0.82)较正常组(0.70±0.09)明显降低(t=-4.650,P=0.000)。结论 CRD患者OA、CRA和PCA血流参数异常提示眼部的血液供应和CRD病理过程存在相关性。
Objective To study the changes of blood flow of ophthalmic artery (OA), central retinal artery (CRA)and posterior ciliary artery (PCA)in patients with crystalline retinal degeneration (CRD).
