摘要
核电站生活饮用水系统(SEP)提供核岛、常规岛生活用水及BOP室内外生活用水及部分消防用水。根据历年来工单统计,维修人员发现SEP系统多处发现腐蚀穿孔现象,且呈逐年上升趋势。本文对SEP系统管道腐蚀现象进行了现场检查及腐蚀机理分析,再通过对各材料特性的分析,提出了合理的处理措施。
Drinking water system in nuclear power plant (SEP)provides the nuclear and conventionalislands, living water and BOP indoor and outdoor living water and firewater. Based on many years workorder statistics, repairpersonnel found SEP system more found corrosionphenomenon, and a rising trendyear by year. In this paper, SEP system piping corrosion phenomena on-site inspection and analysis ofthe corrosion mechanism, through the analysis of the material characteristics, put forward thereasonabletreatment measures.
