摘要 介绍了激光淬火提高气缸套耐磨性的国内外研究及应用动态、技术难点、强化机理、激光处理工艺及淬火方式 ,讨论了激光淬火轨迹和表面预处理对强化效果的影响 ,总结并分析了不同气缸套及缸体的强化效果 结果表明 :在优化的工艺条件下 ,不仅激光淬火缸体延长了寿命 ,而且与之匹配的非激光处理活塞环的耐磨性也提高 50 %左右 ,缸套与缸体的寿命提高 2~ The development at home and abroad in laser quench for improving wear-resistant properties of cylinder liners is introduced. The key technologies, the strengthening mechanism, laser processes, as well as the quenching mode are analyzed. The effect of laser quench tracks and pre treatments at the specimen surface upon strengthening effectiveness, and the experimental results of different processed cylinder liners and bodies are summarized. The result shows that under the conditions of optimum processes, not only the life of laser processed cylinder liners is prolonged but the wear resistant properties of the pairing un processed piston rings are improved by 50%, and the life of both the cylinder liner and the body increases by 2~3 times.
