口腔按摩改善极低出生体重早产儿喂养效果观察 被引量:12

Observation on effect of oral cavity massage for improving feeding of very low birth weight premature infants

摘要 [目的]分析口腔按摩在早产儿从管饲喂养过渡到完全经口喂养所起的作用,探讨住院早产儿营养管理策略的新型干预措施。[方法]将49例住院早产儿随机分为两组,观察组24例给予常规治疗护理并行口腔按摩,对照组25例给予常规治疗护理;观察两组每日摄入奶量比、过渡时间(从管饲喂养过渡到完全经口喂养的时间)及日均体重增长的变化。[结果]观察组每日摄入奶量比为(86.81±4.17)%,对照组为(79.16±3.68)%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(t=6.815,P<0.001)。观察组从管饲喂养过渡到完全经口喂养的时间为16.64d±2.03d,对照组为19.63d±2.39d,两组比较差异有统计学意义(t=-4.711,P<0.001);观察组日均体重增长34.25g±3.82g,对照组30.73g±3.23g,两组比较差异有统计学意义(t=3.495,P<0.001)。[结论]在早产儿经口喂养困难过渡期采取口腔按摩措施能使其日均摄入奶量比增加,过渡时间缩短,更早地达到完全经口喂养,并能促进体重增长,对早产儿喂养产生积极作用。
