摘要
以采用椭圆凸轮柔性轴承波发生器的杯型柔轮谐波齿轮传动为对象 ,研究了谐波齿轮传动中的三大接触问题。为了对柔轮整体进行应力解析 ,改善齿根应力集中 ,分别推导和建立了三大接触问题的力学和有限元法数值模型。
Three contact problems (between the inner and outer ring,the flexspline and outer ring,the circular spline and flexspline)are studied by using the cup type harmonic drive.For the numerical evaluation of the stress in the flexspling and improvement of the fatigue strength at the root of the tooth,the FEM(Finite Element Method)numerical model of the three contact problems is analyzed and established.
