摘要
对SiC微粒填充铸型尼龙(MC尼龙)复合材料进行了研究,试验结果表明:材料制备的工艺流程对其力学性能有明显的影响,使用钛酸酯偶联剂对颗粒进行表面处理比硅烷偶联剂(KH550)更有效.随着填料含量的变化材料的力学性能发生变化,填料质量分数大约在5%时具有最好的综合性能.
The SiC particles filled monomer cast nylon (MC Nylon) composites were studied. The results show that the proceedings of preparation of material have more eminent effect on mechanical properties of material. It was more efficient that the titanate coupling agent was used treat SiC particles than KH550 was used. The mechanical properties have changed with content of filler. And material has best integrative mechanical property when the content of filler is about 5%.
