摘要
我院15名护理人员赴台湾进行为期14天的护理管理培训活动,接受台湾署立双和医院有关护理管理、物料库存管理、仪器设备管理、外包人员管理、门诊流程、社区健康营造、病历管理、医院安全管理等内容培训,通过现场交流和实地观摩活动,了解台湾护理管理模式及发展现状,对我院今后的护理管理工作有所启迪。
Totally, 15 nurses of our hospital participated in a 14-day nursing management training activity in Taiwan. The training provided by Taipei Medieal University- Shuang Ho Hospital, Ministry of Health and Welfare focuses on hospital nursing, inventory, equipment and outsourcing personnel management, outpatient procedures, conslruction of community health, medical records management and hospital security management. Through on-site communication and field visit, they learnt the pattern and development of nursing management in Taiwan, which brought some inspirations for our hospital＇s nursing management in the future.
