河水滴灌重力沉沙过滤池的设计与推广研究 被引量:8

摘要 河水滴灌重力沉沙过滤池将沉沙池和过滤池有机结合,采用工程设施,集中处理河水中的泥沙、漂浮物及浮游生物等杂物,利用自然地形纵坡条件,通过管道集中输水,实现田间自压滴灌.与目前传统的河水滴灌沉沙池相比,不仅节省了沙石和网式过滤器等设施,还解决了对其反冲洗及田间无电力设施给运行管理带来的不便.现场试验测试分析沉沙池泥沙处理率达到84%,过滤池泥沙处理率达到15%,处理后的水质达到了滴灌系统用水水质要求.通过2—3年的运行,证明其具有占地面积小、投资少,易维护,控制面积大,无耗能、运行成本低、系统工作效率高等优势,是绿色高效节水技术. The filter tank based on the way of gravity desilting can combine a settling basin with a settling filter tank,using the engineering facilities,disposing sediment floats and plankton and others in the river in the condition of natural terrain longitudinal slope,and succeeding in self drip irrigation through water pipes in the field.Compared with the traditional basin,the advantage of this filter tank is that it can work well without electric power facilities,not only omit the sediment filter and other facilities,but also avoid backwashing.The test results indicate that the efficiency of the settling basin reaches 84%,and the filter tank 15%,the quality of treated water has met the requirements of drip irrigation.It has been proved to be highly efficient water-saving technology that needs less area,less investment,easy maintenance,large control area,no energy consumption,low cost of operation,through 2-3 years of testing.
