摘要
分析了国内外粉末冶金行星齿轮架的发展现状,从原材料选择、成形工艺、烧结钎焊及批量检验四个方面研究行星架国产化批量生产的技术难点,选择适合国内批量生产的粉末冶金生产方式,再根据研究结果进行成本与效益分析,验证了粉末冶金行星齿轮架的国产化可行性.
The mass-production of homemade planetary carriers was studied from the aspects of raw material selection, forming processes, sinter braze and mass testing based on the development of planetary carriers in powder metallurgy at home and abroad. Provided that a suitable mode is selected, localization of feasible due to the lower cost and higher benefit. the powder metal planetary carriers is feasible due to the lower cost and higher benefit.
