摘要
从君子兰病株筛选出一株白色真菌,经形态学观察和18S rDNA测序分析,鉴定为罗耳阿太菌(Athelia rolfsii),命名为Sx1。通过菌丝体干重和底物葡萄糖消耗2种方法测得该菌生长曲线:0~24 h为调整期,24~72 h为对数期,并且确定该菌多糖产量最高的培养时间为120 h。
A strain of fungus from clivia was identified as Athelia rolfsii (Sxl) based on morphological observation and 18S rDNA sequence analysis. The growth curve of Athelia rolfsii determined by glucose consumption was similar to that from dry mycelium weight method. The two growth curves were as follows: the lag phase was from 0 h to 24 h, the logarithmic phase was from 24 h to 72 h. The data showed that the growth curve of Athelia rolfsii can be determined by glucose consumption.
