摘要
以直径规格为Ф10 mm的铝合金短尾铆钉为例,针对铆钉在制造生产工艺过程中存在的问题进行了较详细的分析讨论。对铆钉头部的镦锻比和镦锻率进行计算与分析,确定选用镦锻比为1.676、镦锻率为69.57%,采用两次镦锻成形方式解决了铆钉头部出现裂纹的情况;采用镦制出短尾拉槽成形区的方式,解决了制丝时材料堆积问题;调整铆钉短尾尾牙制造工艺流程为:坯料成形—热处理—滚丝—表面处理,消除了铆接中尾牙被拉脱现象。
Taking aluminum alloy short-tailed rivet with Ф10 mm diameter as an example, the existing problem during manufacturing process of rivet was analyzed and discussed in detail. The upset forging ratio and upset forging rate of rivet head were calculated and ana- lyzed, and the upset forging ratio of 1. 676 and upset forging rate of 69. 57% were chosen. The problem of crack occurring on rivet head was solved by twice upset forging, and so did the material calculation during threading by the method of short-tailed grooved forming zone. The manufacturing process of short-tailed end teeth of rivet was adjusted to be blank forming, heat treatment, thread rolling and surface treatment, which led to the phenomenon of end teeth pull-out being eliminated.
