摘要
采用聚丙烯酰胺(PAM)对江西金山金矿全尾砂浆体进行静态絮凝沉降试验。通过全尾砂自然沉降试验,提出了全尾砂自然沉降规律;探讨了给料浓度及絮凝剂单耗对尾矿沉降速度和尾矿静止沉降极限浓度的影响规律;根据试验结果并结合矿山情况给出了最佳给料浓度为20%,最佳絮凝剂添加量为20 g/t。
In the paper,acrylamide (PAM) is used as the materials to make static flocculation and sedimentation experiment of unclassified tailings in Jiangxi Jinshan Gold Mine, and natural subsidence rule of the unclassified tailings is proposed. The rule of the influence feed concentration and flocculant consumption have on tailings sedimentation rate and limit concentration is discussed. At last, according to the experimental results and the current situation of the mine,it is suggested that the best feed concentration is 20 % and the optimal floceulant dosage is 20 g/t.
