摘要
探讨高校开展职业指导工作的重要意义、现状及存在的问题,提出高校应提高开展职业指导工作的重视、加强职业指导课程体系的建设、加强职业指导师资队伍的建设、加强与政府部门之间的职业指导合作等解决对策。所提出的对策有助于高校提高职业指导水平,增强学生就业能力和提高学生职业素养,促进高校毕业生就业工作的顺利开展。
The important significance, present situation and existing problems of occupation guidance in universities are discussed. So colleges and universities should raise the attention of the vocational guidance works, strengthen the construction of career guidance curriculum system;strengthen the construction of vocational guidance teachers, strengthen the cooperation with government departments. The countermeasures are helpful to improve the quality of college vocational guidance works, strengthen students' employment ability and professional quality. It can also promote the college employment works to carry out smoothly.
