摘要
针对17-4PH马氏体沉淀硬化不锈钢在磁粉检测过程中出现的线性磁痕显示,结合金相试验对磁痕显示的微观组织形貌进行了分析,最终确定了磁痕的形成原因。试验发现,组织中存在一定量细针状δ-铁素体是造成17-4PH沉淀硬化不锈钢零件在进行磁粉探伤工序时出现线性显示的原因。结论为航空制造过程中马氏体不锈钢的磁粉检测的磁痕判定提供了依据。
In this paper,the linear indication detected on the magnetic particle testing of 17-4PH martensitic precipitation-hardening stainless steel and the microstructure of indication is analyzed by metallography testing method,and the indication cause is finally made sure.It is found that the linear indication detected in the magnetic particle testing process is mainly caused by acerate δ-Ferrite.The conclusion supplies foundation for indication determinant in the magnetic particle testing process of martensitic precipitation-hardening stainless steel to aviation manufacture engineering.
