摘要
目的:探讨阿尔茨海默病患者住院的安全防范与护理策略。方法:对阿尔茨海默病患者住院安全隐患的原因进行分析,并由此制定相应的防范与护理对策。结果:隐患原因主要包括跌倒与坠床、走失与夜游、误吸与误食、服药依从性不高、激越行为以及烧烫伤等,在对此类情况进行全方面分析后制定出了具体与之相对应的防范与护理措施。结论:做好阿尔茨海默病患者住院期间的安全防范与护理措施是确保此类患者获得有效且安全治疗的重要保障。
Objective：To investigate security and nursing measures for inpatients with Alzheimer＇s disease. Methods：The rea-sons for the security risks of the Alzheimer＇s patients were analyzed, and thereby appropriate prevention and nursing were developed. Results：The security risks included tumbling, falling down from bed, lost and sleep-walking, aspiration and ingestion, low medica-tion compliance, loud behavior and burns, etc. . The reasons for all the security risks were analyzed and the corresponding prevention and nursing measures were made. Conclusions：The good security and nursing measures are effective for the patients with Alzheimer＇s disease.
