摘要
通过对广西29个不同等级特征的烤烟实物标样的干叶切片进行显微观察,分析比较了不同等级叶片之间组织结构的差异。结果表明,栅叶比变异系数最大,达到11.85%,组织比和海绵组织厚度变化最小,分别为4.42%和3.43%。不同等级的叶片厚度之间差异不大,但栅叶比与组织比呈极显著正相关,相关系数为0.957。在同一叶片特征分类下,栅叶比和组织比随着叶片等级的逐级递减,均呈现逐渐降低的趋势,栅叶比和组织比越大,烤烟等级就越高。
29 different grades of Guangxi flue-cured tobacco leaf tissue slices were observed under microscope,the leaf structure difference of different grades was analyzed and compared. The results showed that coefficient of variation of pali-sade/leaf thickness ratio was the biggest,which was 1 1.85%,but palisade/spongy tissue thickness ratio and spongy tis-sue thickness were the least,that were 4.42%and 3.43%,respectively. Leaf thickness did not significantly altered,but palisade/leaf thickness ratio and palisade/spongy tissue thickness ratio had positive correlations with spongy tissue thick-ness,which was 0.957. Palisade/leaf thickness ratio and palisade/spongy tissue thickness ratio were in a gradually de-creasing process,along with the descending grade level of different flue-cured tobacco varieties.
