改性灰缝含水率对土坯砌块抗压强度影响的试验研究

摘要 为改进新疆传统民居中常用的素土坯砌块的粘结性能,制作素土泥浆和素土中分别掺和麦秸秆、粗砂、生石灰的改性泥浆。参照砌体抗压强度试验标准,制作了使用4种泥浆作为灰缝的素土坯试块。通过试块的抗压强度试验,研究其抗压强度,得出了改性灰缝不同含水率对试块强度的影响。试验结果表明,通过对灰缝改性并控制含水率,可提高试块抗压强度。 In order to improve the bonding properties of the prime adobe block which commonly used in the traditional houses of the xinjiang region, production of prime soil slurry and soil factors were blending of modified wheat straw, coarse sand,lime slurry. Reference to the masonry compressive strength test standards,produced four kinds of mud as mortar joint prime adobe test block. Experimental comparison of compressive strength test block to study the compressive strength and deformation capacity, and different moisture content were obtained on the strength of the the modified slurry specimen. The experimental results show that, through the mud modified and control the moisture content can increase the test block compressive strength.
