摘要
产业组织理论分析的基础是企业理论,企业异质性假定对企业同质性假定的替代和企业异质性假定的不断深化是产业组织理论获得持续发展的重要原因。20世纪70年代以来,产业组织理论沿着两个基本方向发展:一是坚持新古典经济学的分析方法,在哈佛和芝加哥学派对企业异质性假定的基础上引入博弈论等新的分析工具,着重研究企业行为及其相互依存关系,形成了以泰勒尔为代表的新产业组织理论。二是修正新古典经济学的假设前提和分析方法,在对企业的异质性作出全新假定的基础上,构造新的产业组织理论的分析框架。企业能力理论把企业的异质性归结为企业知识和能力积累的差异,并把产业组织理解为企业专业化分工和企业专业化知识与能力成长的协调机制。
The theory of the firm is the basis for the theoretical analysis of industrial organization, the steady development of which owes a lot to the r eplacement of the homogeneity postulate of firms by the heterogeneity postulate of firms, and the continual development of the latter theory. Since the 70s' of the last century, the theory of industrial organization has developed along two major lines. First, new analytical tools such as the game theory were introduced on the basis of the analytical method of the neoclassic economics and the heter ogeneity postulate of firms suggested by the Harvard and Chicago school. This ne w theory of industrial organization, with Talor as its representative puts emph asis on the study of the behaviors of firms and their interdependent relations. Second, a new theory of industrial organization and analytical structure were fo rmed on the basis of correcting the postulate and analytical method of the neocl assic economics and the establishment of a completely new postulate for the hete rogeneity of firms. The competence theory of the firm attributes the heterogenei ty of firms to the discrepancy of knowledge and competence of firms and regards industrial organization as a mechanism that coordinates firms' specialization, r elevant knowledge and the improvement of their competence. The new theory of the firm is significant for the development of the theory of industrial organizatio n.
