摘要
介绍了凸台的制造过程,根据凸台的结构及容易出现的缺陷设计了超声检测检测面,进而按照检测面规格选择合适的探头。该设计提高了工作效率,降低了缺陷漏检概率,在生产实践中的检测验证了该设计的有效性。
This paper introduces the manufacturing process of bump, designs ultrasonic testing detective areas according to the bump's structure and the flaws which appear easily,and then choose the appropriate probes according to specification of detective area. The design improves productivity and reduces probability of undetected flaw,the effectiveness of the proposed design is verified by testing in production practice.
