CFM56-5B发动机附件齿轮箱(AGB)碳封严常见漏油故障,导致航班延误或取消。在分析AGB碳封严的工作原理和统计历史故障数据的基础上,给出了用威布尔分布计算软时限和预测备件数目的方法,提出了切实有效的改进措施,保证了航班安全、正点。
The oil leakage faults of accessory gearbox on the CFM56-5B engine can cause some flights delays and cancellations. The system operation principle are shown. The historical faults data are anglicized. The solution is that how to use Weibull distribution to calculate the soft time life and forecast the spare parts equipments. The effective improvements guarantee the flights safety and on time.
