摘要
以大连市大沙沟净水厂普通快滤池改造工艺设计为例,介绍和分析了将单独水洗、双层滤料、滤砖配水的普通快滤池改造为气水反洗、均质滤料、整体滤板滤池的主要设计内容。该滤池改造运行后,出水水质稳定可靠,滤速提高使得产水量增加,并实现了自动化操作,取得了较好的经济效益和社会效益,能为同行业相关设计提供借鉴和参考。
Taking the process design for conversion of conventional rapid filter in Dashagou WTP in Dalian City as an example, the main design contents in conversion of conventional rapid filter with wa- ter baekwashing, double-layer filtering media and water distribution by filter blocks into a filter with air- water backwashing, uniform filtering media and water distribution by integral filter plate were introduced and analyzed. After the filter conversion, the effluent quality was stable and reliable, the water produc- tion increased as the filtration rate improved. Besides, the filter operated automatically and achieved good economic and social benefits. The experience provides reference for similar designs.
