摘要
目的本研究主要对临床路径的合理用药以及管理进行简单的分析讨论。方法将我院2011年3月——2012年3月的临床用药安全监督中的相关医嘱以及咨询记录作为研究对象,对其中存在的不规范现象的处方进行分析,并对处方中的不合理医嘱利用临床路径管理来进行监管。结果通过对我院的临床用药情况进行临床路径管理,我院的临床用药不合理情况得到了明显的改善。结论临床路径管理对于医院的合理、安全用药有着至关重要的作用,此外,临床路径管理还可以在一定程度上降低患者的治疗费用,因此,可以在临床用药过程中进行推广。
Objective This research mainly for rational use of drugs in clinical pathway management are discussed and a simple analysis. Methods the related medical clinical medication safety supervision in March 2012 in our hospital in 2011 March - in and consultation records as the research object, carries on the analysis to the phenomenon of the existence of irregularities prescription, and the irrational prescriptions in the use of clinical path management to supervise. Results The clinical path management through clinical drug use in our hospital, the clinical use of drugs in our hospital unreasonable situation has been significantly improved. Conclusion The clinical pathway management for hospital reasonable, safe medication has a vital role, in addition, management of clinical pathway can reduce the costs of treating patients, to a certain extent, therefore, can be widely used in clinical process.
