摘要
现有城市交通可持续发展规划研究大多集中于宏观方法或宏观策略,而影响交通可持续发展规划的一些微观因素往往被忽视,以至于将现有成果用于指导规划实践往往难以完全实现规划目标。有鉴于此,我们分析了城市交通可持续发展规划中容易被忽视的一致性问题,采用机理建模方法分别构建了城市规模与道路设施、土地利用与路网规划、路网节点与路段通行能力的一致性模型,实现了对相关指标的定量化描述。
The existing city traffic sustainable development planning research mostly focuses on the macro method or macro strategy, while some micro factors of traffic sustainable development planning are often ignored.Using mechanism modeling method, this paper analyzes some factors of consistence in city sustainable development planning that is always neglected, creates respectively consistence models to realize the goal of quantifying description of the relationship among traffic sustainable planning factors.
