摘要
以学习型组织理论与岗位胜任力理论为理论框架,开展领导干部学习能力发展模型研究;以广东省佛山市领导干部考核标准为实践依据,提炼构建出"领导干部学习能力发展模型"。该模型在横向维度构建出个人学习、集体学习和学以致用三个修炼层面;在纵向维度构建出按要求学习、自主学习和深层持续学习三个层级,为探索有效提升领导干部学习能力的途径提供理论依据与研究基础。
The study of the development model of cadres' learning ability is based on the theories of learning organization and post competency. The assessment criteria of Foshan's cadres provide a basis for this study. The model includes individual learning, group learning and learning for practice in the parallel dimension and includes according to the requirements of learning, autonomous learning and deep learning in the longitudinal dimension. The study provides a basis for finding some effective ways to improve the learning ability of cadres.
