摘要
形成"淮海文化经济圈"思路,可以促进苏北加快发展文化产业的步伐,实现提高文化产业规模化、集约化、专业化水平的目标;将"淮海文化"所体现的英雄豪迈、开阔大气、踏实进取、协作创新作为苏北城市的代表性精神,可以增强苏北五市的凝聚力。苏北可以大力发展"水文化"产业、打造"楚汉文化"品牌、挖掘"西游记文化",把生态旅游产业和创意产业培育成为新的经济增长动力。政府应加大对苏北文化建设工程的扶持。
Forming the thoughts of Huaihai Culture Economic Circle can promote the development of cultural industry in Northern Jiangsu and realize the goal of expansion, intensification and specialization of the culture industry. The heroic, open, hard-working, cooperative and innovative spirits reflected from the Huaihai Culture, as representative spirits of the five cities in Northem Jiangsu, can enhance the social cohesion of the five cities. Water Culture, Chuhan Culture and Journey to the West Culture should be promoted in order to cultivate ecological tourism industry and creative industry into main sources of the economic growth. The government should strengthen policy assistance and investment to the culture construction in Northern Jiangsu.
