摘要
黑格尔的爱情、婚姻、家庭伦理思想,是他精神哲学整个体系中的基础性内容,不仅在概念上高度抽象、思辨、逻辑严谨,而且在现实层面也是细致、周密,是对有根有据的历史凝练的总结和深刻的批判。黑格尔的婚姻伦理思想是一个辐射点,它所揭示的道德哲学真理,几乎涵盖人精神世界的全部内容——理解黑格尔的婚姻伦理思想是理解他整个精神哲学体系的必经之路,也是从精神哲学层面理解人生活世界的必经之路。更为关键的是,沿着黑格尔婚姻伦理思想概念和现实的两条线索,我们还要把握道德哲学层面伦理道德悖论中"道德主体"范畴从个体到实体,实体到主体的两次辩证转换,如此才能更全面地把握黑格尔伦理主义精神哲学辩证运动的思维轨迹。
The explicit answers of people ’s main confusion of marriage ethics in modern society can be found in Hegel’s spirit philosophy. Hegel’s love, marriage, family ethics, is the basic content of his spirit philosophy system as a whole. They do not only exist in highly abstract, theoretical and logical conceptual forms, they do exist as meticulous, careful, well-founded and concise summary and profound criticism of the history of the reality world. Hegel ’s thought of marriage ethics is just like a radiant point in his philosophical system, it almost reveals the moral philosophy truth of the entire content of people’s spirit world. Apparently, to understand Hegel’s thought of marriage ethics appropriately is the only way for us to understand the whole system of his spirit philosophy. Moreover, it is also a necessary path for us to understand the living world from the perspective of spirit philosophy. Besides, a crucial aspect need to be pointed out here is that, in order to fully comprehend the dialectical thinking movement trajectory of Hegel ’s ethical spirit philosophy, along with the conceptual and realistic clues of Hegel’s thought of marriage ethics, we also need to grasp the two dialec-tical transformations in moral philosophy, viz., the transformation of the category of “moral subject” from the individual to the entity, from the entity to the subject in the ethics- morality paradox.
