摘要
针对内蒙、靖平等地区地层出油,使用空气钻井易发生油泥包,导致空气钻井无法继续的难点,研究了空气钻井雾化携油技术。通过乳化原油和模拟解除油泥包实验,表明研制的雾化基液具有较强的携油和解除油泥包性能。在内蒙查干地区的意5井进行了现场试验,结果表明,该雾化技术能有效解决油泥包现象,保持了空气钻井优势,拓宽了空气钻井使用范围。
Bit balling by the mixtures of oil cut and drilled cuttings were frequently encountered in air drilling in Inner Mongolia and Jingping, making it difficult to drill with air because of oil cut-in from formations drilled. A technology to use mist to carry the oil cut out of the hole was studied. Experiment was performed to remove bit balling by emulsifying the oil cut, demonstrating that the developed misting base fluid can be used to effectively carry the oil cut out of the hole and to remove bit balling. This misting base fluid has been successfully field tested in Well Yi-5 in Chagan, Inner Mongolia, ensuring the application of air drilling in this area.
