长江中游故道藻相特征及水质分析 被引量:4

摘要 为深入认识长江中游故道的生态环境状况,选择石首的黑瓦屋故道和监利的何王庙故道开展了野外生态环境调查,对浮游植物群落结构的调查结果表明,黑瓦屋故道各采样点绿藻(Chlorophyta)种类最多,但蓝藻(Cyanophyta)在细胞数量上占优势,叶绿素a含量均值为37.1μg/L,Shannon-Wiener指数均值为2.44,Margalef指数均值为4.84,Pielou指数均值为0.67;何王庙故道各采样点绿藻种类最多,但硅藻(Bacillariophyta)在细胞数量上占优势,叶绿素a含量均值为7.6μg/L,Shannon-Wiener指数均值为1.40,Margalef指数均值为2.99,Pielou指数均值为0.48。总体上,2个故道藻类物种分布均匀,浮游植物种类较多,均属于β-中污型水体。 The investigation focused on Hei-wa-wu oxbow in Shishou and He-wang-miao oxbow in Jianli, Hubei Province to study the oxbow environment in the middle reach of the Yangtze River. Results showed that the mean values of Shannon- Wiener index, Margalef index and Pielou index were 2.44, 4.84 and 0,67 respectively in Hei-wa-wu oxbow, whereas the values were 1.40, 2.99 and 0.48 seperately in He-wang-miao oxbow. The phytoplankton structure was dominated by Cyanophyta and Chlorophyta in Hei-wa-wu oxbow while Chlorophyta and Bacillariophyta in He-wang-miao oxbow. The content of Chl a was 37.1 μg/L in Hei-wa-wu oxbow and 7.6 μg/L in He-wang-miao oxbow. Results suggested that various species of phytoplanktons were well-distributed in oxbows and both of the oxbows could be considered as -mesosaprobity.
