摘要
目的评价人感染H7N9禽流感疫情早期,病例的网络直报质量。方法对2013年3月25日~5月5日期间,通过"疾病监测信息报告管理系统"进行报告的人感染H7N9禽流感病例个案卡信息,采用自定义指标,对报告情况进行分析。结果 2013年3月25日~5月5日,全国10省(市)共报告"人感染H7N9禽流感"个案卡129张,报告无重复或主要逻辑错误,未见假期效应。发病-诊断间隔中位数为8 d,发病-报告间隔中位数为7 d。首次诊断即为人感染H7N9禽流感的病例,其诊断-报告间隔中位数为1.05 h;订正诊断为人感染H7N9禽流感的病例,其首次报告-订正诊断间隔中位数为23.62 h。报告-审核间隔中位数为0.18 h。人感染H7N9禽流感病例诊断及时性较人感染H5N1高致病性禽流感有所提高。诊疗、防控方案印发及网络直报系统增设报告病种"人感染H7N9禽流感"前后,发病-诊断间隔、发病-报告间隔明显缩短。结论借助已运行成熟的网络直报平台进行个案报告,在人感染H7N9禽流感疫情早期起到了及时、准确报告信息的作用。
Objective To evaluate the quality of the Internet-based real-time reporting of the first 129 cases of human infection with avian influenza A (H7N9) in China through Notifiable Disease Reporting System. Methods The data of communicable disease reporting cards of the first 129 cases of human infection with avian influenza A (H7N9) in China being reported through Notifiable Disease Reporting System from 25 March to 5 May 2013 were analyzed by pre-defined indicators. Results A total of 129 communicable disease reporting cards were reported from 10 provinces in China from 25 March to 5 May 2013. Neither repeated report, nor main logic error, nor holiday effect were found. The medians of interval between illness onset and diagnosis, illness onset and reporting, diagnosis and reporting (first diagnosed as avian influenza A (H7N9), first reporting and revised diagnosis (first diagnosed as other diseases), reporting and verification were 8 days, 7 days, 1.05 hours, 23.62 hours, and 0.18 hours respectively. The medians of interval between illness onset and diagnosis, first reporting and revised diagnosis were shorter than those of human infection with H5N1 highly pathogenic avian influenza. After diagnostic and treatment protocol, technical guidelines for prevention and control of hospital acquired infection, prevention and control protocol were released by National Health and Family Planning Commission on 3 April, the medians of interval between illness onset and diagnosis, illness onset and reporting were shortened obviously, conclusions In the early stage of epidemic of human infection with avian influenza A ( H7N9 ), case reporting through exsiting and well-run Notifiable Disease Reporting System can facilitate collection and report information of cases timely and accurately.
