炭纤维粉注入兔脑颞叶皮质内的脑电图观察

摘要 目的探讨将炭纤维粉注入大白兔脑颞叶皮质内观察与组织的相容性和脑电图的变化。方法将炭纤维粉注入兔脑颞叶皮质内观察兔的日常表现 ,并定期脑电图检查。结果注入后未见兔出现明显的临床异常改变 ,脑电图在早期出现因注射损伤而引起的脑电图改变 ,实验组和对照组差异不大 ;8周后 2组脑电图均恢复正常。结论脑电图在活体动物颅内实验中是一个测定脑功能很好的检查方法 ;炭纤维粉注入兔脑内表现出良好的组织相容性。 Objective To study the histocompatibility and EEG changes following injection of the fine carbon fiber powder into the left cerebral temporal lobe cortex of rabbits. Methods The fine carbon fiber powder was injected into the left cerebral temporal lobe cortex of the rabbits to observe the clinical manifestations and make the examination of EEG regularly. Results After injection of the fine carbon fiber powder, the rabbits had no clinical response, but EEG changed at the early stage because of injection induced injury. Eight weeks later, the EEG returned normal in the two groups. Conclusion EEG is a very effective method for examining cerebral function of the rabbits in vivo. The fine carbon fiber powder had a good histocompatibility.
