摘要
优化假紫罗兰酮制备9,10-环亚甲基假紫罗兰酮的工艺条件,并对该反应机理进行探讨。以自制的假紫罗兰酮为原料,经过锌卡宾环甲基化制备9,10-环亚甲基假紫罗兰酮,分别考察物料摩尔比、溶剂比、反应温度、反应时间对9,10-环亚甲基假紫罗兰酮收率的影响。结果表明,混合溶剂中V二氯甲烷∶V乙醚=4∶1,物料摩尔比n假紫罗兰酮∶n锌铜偶:n二碘甲烷=1∶3∶3,在35℃温度下,反应6h,9,10-环亚甲基假紫罗兰酮收率为74.2%。
The reaction mechanism and technological conditions of synthetizing 9,10-cyclomethylene pseudoionones from pseudoionones was discussed. 9,10-eyclomethylene pseudoionones was combined by zinc carving ring methy with homemade pseudoionones as raw material. The reaction factors were investigated that influence the yield of 9,10-Cyclomethylene Pseudoionones such as material ratio, solvent ratio, reaction temperature and reaction time, and the optimal reac- tion conditions were obtained. The results showed that, the ratio of dichloromethane to ether 4 : 1, the mole ratio of pseudoionone, Zinc-Copper Couple and diiodomethane is 1 : 3 : 3, and then reacting for 6 h at 35 ℃, the yield of 9, 10-cyclomethylene pseudoionones reached 74.2%.
