摘要
针对煤矿井下光线差,通风不畅,巷道条件有限,湿度大等特殊的工作环境,以煤矿用防爆柴油机为动力的无轨辅助运输车辆为研究对象,从车辆布置,平顺性,驾驶操作性能与驾乘环境,智能自动化等四个技术层面,详细阐述了影响车辆舒适性的若干因素,并针对性地提出了一些新的设计思路和切实可行的措施,对改善矿用车辆舒适性进行了有益的探索。
Aiming at the hash working environment in underground coal mines, with poor light, poor ventilation, limited roadway condition, high humidity, taking the trackless auxiliary haulage vehicles droved by the explosion proof diesel engine as the research object, factors affecting vehicles comfortableness were analyzed, from the technology level of arrangement in vehicle, riding comfort, driving operation and driving environment, and intelligent automation. Some new design ideas and practical measures were proposed accordingly, the study was a beneficial exploration for the improvement of mine vehicles comfortableness.
