摘要
目的建立艾叶顶空萃取的GC-MS挥发油指纹图谱,并与传统水蒸气蒸馏法建立的指纹图谱进行比较。方法艾叶用100μm聚二甲基硅氧烷萃取头在80℃萃取40 min,在250℃解吸附3 min,然后进行GC-MS检测。结果 11批艾叶样品,顶空萃取指纹图谱有31个共有峰,蒸馏法指纹图谱有37个共有峰,聚类分析结果基本一致。结论顶空萃取与水蒸气蒸馏仅在艾叶高沸点化合物存在差异。
AIM To establish GC-MS fingerprints of volatile constituents from Artemisiae argyi Folium by headspace extraction compared to the fingerprints by steam distillation. METHODS A. argyi Folium was head- space-extracted using a 100μm polydimethylsiloxane at 80 ℃ for 40 min and then was desorbed for 3 min at 250℃, and analysis was performed on GC-MS. RESULTS Thirty-one common peaks obtained by headspace extrac- tion and thirty-seven common obtained by steam distilation were identified in eleven batches. Cluster analysis showed the chemical classification of both extractions were similar. CONCLUSION There are differences in high boiling-point constituents of A. argyi Folium between headspace extraction and steam distillation
