摘要
基于个案调查,对云南省W村的土地流转进行研究,分析了当地土地流转的具体实践。研究认为土地流转双方的不同社会关系形成了情感型、经济型和权力型的土地流转策略,这些土地流转策略形成所动用的资源分别是情感资源、经济资源和权力资源,这些资源在土地流转过程中的动员能力也是有差异的。基于此,研究认为资源整合是有效促进土地流转的路径选择。
Based on a case study,this paper studies the land circulation of W Village in Yunnan Province. It ana-lyses the concrete practice of the local land circulation,and jumps at a conclusion that the different social rela-tions of land circulation form different strategies such as the emotion-oriented strategy,economy-oriented strategyand power-oriented strategy. The resources of the land circulation strategies are emotional resources,economic re-sources and resource of power. The mobilization ability of the resources is discrepant in the process of land circu-lation. Based on that,the authors hold the view that the resource integration is an effective way to promote landcirculation.
