关节置换术后耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌感染的研究进展 被引量:12

摘要 耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌(M RS A )已成为外科常见的病原菌,给临床预防和治疗感染带来很大困难,骨科和关节外科手术部位感染(SSI)的问题一直存在且逐渐加重,作为手术患者院内感染的一个主要原因,M RS A是骨科医师面对的新挑战。在过去几十年,金黄色葡萄球菌(SAU )已成为世界各地感染的主要原因之一,SAU 不仅是人类常见的定植细菌,也是医院和社区感染的重要病原菌。根据美国疾病控制预防中心(CDC )报告显示,葡萄球菌属包括金黄色葡萄球菌,是美国绝大多数感染的致病菌[1],除了这些细菌的医院菌株,社区内的SAU感染也在激增。院内和社区SAU感染更令人担心的是S A U 的耐药性在逐渐升高。1959年甲氧西林问世,两年后的1961年 Jevons 就在英国发现了M RS A。
