摘要
目的:了解珠江三角洲地区小城镇婴幼儿微量元素及其体重、身高和头围的水平,为婴幼儿合理的膳食与疾病的预防提供科学依据。方法采集广东省佛山市北滘镇753例0.5~3岁婴幼儿全血标本,用电感耦合等离子体质谱仪(ICP-MS)对全血中锌(Zn)、铁(Fe)、钙(Ca)、镁(Mg)、铜(Cu)、铅(Pb)6种微量元素的含量进行检测。结果在所有受检婴幼儿中,全血中锌、钙、铁含量低于参考值者分别占90.3%、35.7%、17%;血铅含量高于参考值者占2.9%;血镁和血铜含量基本在参考值范围之内。受检婴幼儿体重、身高、头围百分位数的均数分别为36.2、41.2和34.5,与血中各种微量元素水平无相关性。结论在我国经济相对发达的小城镇,0.5~3岁婴幼儿铁(Fe)、钙(Ca)、锌(Zn)三种微量元素的缺乏与血铅超标仍较常见,应加强婴幼儿的营养指导,并积极预防铅中毒,以促进其健康成长。
Objective To investigate the levels of plasma trace element, body weight, height, and head cir-cumference of children in a townlet in the Pearl River Delta to provide evidences for rational diet and disease preven-tion. Methods Whole blood samples of 753 children aged between 5 mo and 3 yr were collected in Fuoshan City, Guangdong Province. The levels of plasma Zinc (Zn), Iron (Fe), Calcium (Ca), Magnesium (Mg), Copper (Cu) and Lead (Pb) were measured with the inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometer (ICP-MS). Results In the tested samples, the rates of deficiencies of Zn, Ca and Fe were 90.3%, 35.7%, and 17%, respectively, and the rate of exces-sive Pb was 2.9%. Levels of Mg and Cu were within the normal ranges. The percentile levels of body weight, height and head circumference of these children were 36.2,41.2, and 34.5, respectively, which were not related with the lev-els of plasma trace elements. Conclusion In developed townlet of our country, deficiencies of Zn, Ca, Fe and exces-sive Pb are commonly observed in children aged between 5 mo and 3 yr. For their healthy growth, nutrition guidance and prevention of lead poisoning should be performed.
